Blu
Ideja je još bolja. Čika „korporativac“ isisava svet. Prapredak ovog što služi kao praćka.
Obratite pažnju na oči „korporativca“. Njegove zenice su loptice koje su obešene sa balkona, tako da kad duva vetar čini se kao da posmatra, ili još bolje vreba. Vidi ovde.

Pay attention on the eyes of the corporate guy. His eyes are balls suspended from the balcony, so when the wind blows it seems like he is watching, or even better, lurking.

Konkurs za izradu paviljona tradicionalno je mesto za eksperimentisanje svetski poznatih arhitekti. Zadatak je specifičan i po tome što je rok maksimalnih šest meseci od poziva do realizacije.

Naglašena stakla, refleksija, transparentne strukture i tekstil pomeraju granice enterijera, i uvlače spolja unutra i unutra spolja.
Van paviljona osmišljen je prostor za rekreaciju i odmaranje. Tu su stolovi za stoni tenis (naravno u crvenoj boji), šah, prostor za frizbi.
Privremeni paviljnon je prvi Nouvelov realizovani objekat u UK. Tim Jean Nouvel-a u toku realizacije ovog projekta sarađivao je sa firmom Arup.
Paviljon će za publiku biti otvoren od 10 July – 17 October 2010.

The first photos from the opening of Serpentine Gallery Pavilion in Kensington Gardens, London.
The Pavilion commission has become an international site for architectural experimentation and follows a long tradition of Pavilions by some of the world’s greatest architects. The task is specific in that it is the maximum period of six months from invitation to completion.
Exploding red against green. The design for the 2010 Pavilion is a contrast of lightweight materials and metal cantilevered structures. The entire design is rendered in a vivid red that, in a play of opposites, contrasts with the green of its park setting.
Stressed glass, reflection, transparent structures and fabric structures moving boundaries, and draw the outside in and inside out.
Outside the pavilion has been designed space for recreation and rest. There are tables for table tennis (of course in red), chess, space for Frisbee.
The temporary structure is the first building to be completed in the UK by Nouvel.

Jean Nouvel has worked with the structural design and engineering firm Arup, to realise this project.The pavilion opens to the public this Saturday the 10th and remains open until 17 October.

The Iakov Chernikhov International Prize 2010

Iakov Chernikhov International Foundation (ICIF) objavila je listu nominovanih za pomenutu međunarodnu nagradu koja se dodeljuje arhitektima mlađim od 44 godine «CHALLENGE OF THE TIME».
Iakov Chernikhov International Prize ima cilj da stimuliše kreativnost u oblasti arhitekture, težeći ka rešavanju aktuelnih socio-kulturoloških promblema; da podrži humanističke principe u arhitekturi, kao i da da svoj doprinos eksperimentalnom, edukativnom i istraživačkom radu u oblasti arhitekture i urbanizma.
Fondacija i nagrada nose ime sovijetskog arhitekte, grafičkog dizajnera i pedagoga Iankov Chernikhov (1889-1951). Kustos ovogodišnje Iakov Chernikhov nagrade je Stefano Boeri.
re:a.c.t studio deluje kao grupa arhitekata od 1998., koju čine Grozdana Sisovic, Ivica Nikolic, Srdjan Tadic i Dejan Milanovic.

Danny Santos
Danny Santos fotografiše ljude u našem zajedničkom dnevnom boravku. Na ulici. Tamo jedemo, telefoniramo, čitamo, informišemo se, družimo, plačemo,razmišljamo, smejemo se, rastajemo,...
Nema treme od fotografisanja, neprijatnosti, priprema... takvi kakvi smo. Nepripremljeni, kad pada kiša, dok je gužva, kad ni ne mislimo da nas neko gleda.

No jitters on the photos, inconvenience, preparation ... just as we are. Unprepared, when it rains, in the crowd, when you think nobody looks at you.

RIBA Lubetkin Prize 2010

Lepa vest je da je Heatherwick Studio (za pomenuti paviljon) dobio RIBA Lubetkin nagradu za izuzetan doprinos u domenu internacionalne arhitekture. ( izvor )
Konkurencija su bile Timberyard Social Housing, Dublin by O’Donnell and Tuomey i Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Centre, Alaska by David Chipperfield Architects.
Nagrada nosi ime po arhitekti Berthold Lubetkin (1901-1990).

By now, everybody have seen this amazing architecture. You can almost feel it’s mooving, and breaks all illusions.

Great news is that the Heatherwick Studio (to mention Pavilion) wins RIBA Lubetkin Prize for the most outstanding work of international architecture by a RIBA member. (Source)

United Nude by Rem D Koolhaas
Rem D Koolhaas. Arhitekta, kretaivni direktor i dizajner cipela United Nude.
United Nude je obuća na koju o t k i d a m. Brend koji je osnovao pomenuti gospodin zajedno sa dugogodišnjim proizvođačem cipela Galahad JD Clark-om .
Koolhas je dizajnirao radnje u Amsterdamu, New York-u i Shanghai-u. Sledeće destinacije: London, Tokyo i Moscow. Kao i obuća, radnje su sa jasnim konceptom, i mislim da odlično međusobno komuniciraju. Ključne reči u oba slučaja su konceptualni dizajn, elegancija i inovativnost.
Koncept radnje je sleći: U tamnom prostoru cipele su izložene u osvetljenim kutijama koje formiraju svetlosni zid (the Wall of Light™). Ovaj kompijuterski kontrolisan LED zid prikazuje United Nude proizvode, kao prava-pravcata umetnička dela u geometrijskom okviru. Kontrast svetla i tame, verovatno izaziva posebnu senzaciju u očima kada pogledate u pravcu omiljenog vam para cipelica!

Sviđa mi se ideja. Mislim da je važno stvoriti jedinstveni identitet radnje koji naglašava brend i proizvod.
I nikako nemojte da ovog Rem D Koolhaas-a mešate sa onim Rem Koolhaas-om.
